What if I already have a website?
Great! You can still take advantage of the free changes, free support and discounts on hourly services. If you choose to take advantage of your included hosting account, Mosaic will transfer and setup your site for free.
If I buy prepaid hours when do they expire?
Prepaid hours are good for as long as you are a member or up to one year from the date of purchase.
Will I be locked into a long-term contract?
There are no contracts to sign and you can change your membership plan at any time to fit your needs.
How do I use my prepaid hours?
To use prepaid hours call or go online and submit a request for an estimate. We will provide an estimate via e-mail within 48 hours or 2 working days. Once you approve the estimate your request will be submitted to the work queue for processing.
How do I know I'm getting what I paid for?
